Renting a car is not as an easy before,as ezhire launched the best car rental application in Dubai to make the car rental experience more convenient and hassl-free,i used this app more than 5 times and every time got a great and good experience,generating a booking and ordering the car is so easy,after making a booking you will recieve a confirmation call from the customer support team,and than less than one hour the car will be delivered to you,whereever you want,the prices are so good and affordable,they don't take the deposit,they have a large car fleet size,from a great choice of vehicles you can choose the best one for as many days as you want,also you can extend the rental or reduce the days from app,the cars are new and well mantained but if you feel any issue they can replace the car after your request with a valid reason,so overall the best car rental app and everyone should use it to make your car rental experience more enjoyable.

We rented cars multiple times for ezhire - the repeat was in no way due to satisfaction, but rather to urgency and inability to travel to an agency's site and needed to benefit from their drop-off/pick-up car option.
Frst, the decentralization of customer service gets on your nerves - they ask for the passport info, driver info and other details through the app, on whatsapp (multiple times each time) and in person.
Second, you can expect them to never be on time and yet they yell at you if you complain. We had to leave at some point and told them that we're leaving the car in the garage; the pick up driver instead of signing in at the reception (where we left a note with the concierge), decided to trespass causing a thousand alarms through the building security, and then calls us and YELLS at us for the "poor behavior of the security guy".
Third, there is ALWAYS some sort of charge that is unaccounted for; lying about fuel levels, random traffic violation, exceeding max mileage (and good luck raising this through customer support)- they're such scammers and better yet, the pick-up driver asked us to open the app once and asked to fill his review where he rated himself 5 stars and awarded himself AED 20 - pretending to be fixing a "technical glitch".
I think it's time we move on - but please do not give them more business - horrible horrible customer service

Your team was so unprofessional. Today before I put my vehicle in service center, I booked first a car for 2 days for my daily use and they confirmed it and accepted it. I place my order around 10am to make sure that I have a vehicle to use, I put for delivery at 5:00 pm today at my place, around 1:00pm some one called me that there is no available car for delivery only pick up, so I decided to collect the car in the said location. I called again to make sure the location but some one telling me that the car is ready for pick up at 3:00pm so I went there at the location, from Union metro to mashreq metro station I’m about to reach the said counter some one called me that the vehicle is not ready yet And there is some issues, so I went back to my place in diera, they confirmed to me that they will deliver the car at 4:00pm, again I follow up them again and they thrown the issue in my license not yet 1 year, from this time 8:06pm September 27,2021 no car delivered. You deducted AED 373 in my account and no car came. This is very unprofessional, they are wasting my time, and I have very important matter to do and they are ruining it. You guys are very unprofessional 😡😡😡. You telling me that you can’t deliver the car at the last hour of the delivery time 😡😡😡 I received confirmations from my email 😡😡😡😡. I’m not playing games with you guys😡😡😡
