Extremely poor experience
Not recommend driving school at all, extremely poor experience with booking the training classes, there are no available slots in the near future, all available after 4 weeks, waisting a lot of time, In addition to having the worst customer service ever either over the phone or through WhatsApp chat, ignoring the messages or replying after a century, giving false promises, and they follow a ridiculous method to escape from taking ownership that they will tell you we will call back after reviewing the relevant department, or they will ask the complaints team to call, and in fact they will never call back…
Bad experience
I won’t suggest anyone to go to Galadari
When my classes and exams were delayed 4 times. I went to change the driving institute they said they will arranged me next day classes and exam. After when I had next classes n final exam I paid money already they again delayed when I went to complain in their office they just said you hav paid can’t refund classes not available until 25 days .. and customer care never picks the calls always showing busy
