Website based app
This app is poorly designed , it is slow, unresponsive and it is based on the website which makes it not user-friendly.
Gulfair should invest in making a proper app for its customers.
The one star is only because gulfair is heading toward the right direction in their decision to make an app (although they were late compared to their competitors).
Useless
I travelled several times and there is still zero miles for me and even their team can’t fix this.
Very poor
Very poor design which renders the app unusable .
In addition, you have to log in every time to exist and get back to the App.
The app needs a a complete redesign and built from scratch
