Don’t fly with them ☹️
I forget something in the airplane after I came from Muscat , and I asked the person in Oman air office( Mr Barakat) he said they didn’t get noticed and your suit sent back to Muscat , i kept following up with them they said yes they found it and then they neglect my calls visits to their office again and follow ups especially Mr. Barakat who promise too many times to get back to me with the right information but he fail in his promises and neglect my communications on official what’s app , it seems got stolen by one of their staff as I talked to airport police they said nobody sent it to them or to the lost and found
Really disappointed and I will never be on OmanAir and I will never recommend it to anyone
System
The app system is to slow almost took 1 hour and more to check in and after that I can’t send email.
A great company
3 weeks ago, I tried Oman Air for first time in my life to Manila, really I enjoyed every thing starting from booking through the application, the flight and all other things.
