App needs improvement
The app crashes most of the time. I have to scroll from the top after I view a product. What a hassle! Please fix this.
Also, just a suggestion. It would be really helpful if you include the size of the product the model is wearing, and the size of model.

Not the level you’d expect
Unfortunately shopping via the H&M App is not as smooth as you would expect. There has been always something which either made the experience difficult (App closes unexpectedly) or impossible (not able to check out). I was even delivered wrong items twice!
Returning or exchange is not as simple as you’d expect either. It’s not possible via App but also not via the Website. You need to call the customer service hotline (which isn’t HnM directly) and they issue it reminding you several times that it will take time. But good thing, you can take it to the store for exchange or refund (apparently, haven’t done yet).
• Don’t expect the same level of easy shopping (and return experience) like with other similar and popular clothing apps here
• You might be better off shopping via H&M Website rather than App

Their discounts are literal scams.
I’ve always bought from H&M. More than 10 years to be exact, always been a loyal customer. 2 weeks ago, they have advertised a buy one get one and I bought two coats that had this advertisement and they charged me for both!! When I called, the lady asked me to send a screenshot of buy one get one as if I’m lying. I told her to check the system and she can see that they had this offer. I asked for a refund and didn’t get one. Why would I take a screenshot of this offer ? The receipt shows they have charged me for both and didn’t apply this discount. I went back and forth with them for 2 weeks and I give up. They’re not even giving me a refund, an apology does nothing. They don’t care if you shop from them or not, or if they lose one customer. Never buying from there again.
