This is absolutely bizarre. The delivery of the bed was to happen today and there is no sign of it yet. When I called the call centre the agent named Mohamed spoke to me rudely. He told me that there is an issue with the invoice thats why the order has yet not been delivered and it will be delivered after the issue is resolved. I told him that I want to speak to a manager then he said that the manager is not available to take the call because the shift is getting over in 3 minutes. I mean seriously? First of all no one called me to update me about "issue" with the invoice.
Then when I call the center this is how I get treated. I'm going to go on social media and spread it all over.

I ordered 2 orders separately- one from Homebox and one from Home Center. Both of them are shown in the app!!! It is confusing because they are completely different orders and they should not be shown across platforms. Also, they duplicated one of the orders so I cancelled it and it subsequently cancelled both. The money is still withheld after 4 days and I have to wait for it to land in my account before I can order again. So inefficient and call center couldn’t do anything to help me- they told me to call my bank and tell them to unblock the money. I requested a call from Homebox after waiting so long to talk to someone and they still haven’t called me back after 2 days. Every time I try the call center it’s busy. I got someone at Home Center but they told me to call home box because they couldn’t help me. It would be nice if I could talk to someone!!!! Sort your app out and stop sharing data between Homebox and Home Center, it’s immensely confusing.

I bought a mattress and after few months of used the spring of the mattress came out which caused uncomfortable for sleeping. I raised my concern to their customer service as my mattress have 5yrs of warranty. They said they will resolve the issue and I keep follow up my concerns and I always get same answers “THEY WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE “
It took months ( 6 months to be exact)and finally they send me email saying they will take my mattress and will just give me refund voucher to buy a new one because the brand that I bought is already out of stock or phase out. And they took my mattress last August 26 which is 5 days ago, yet till now I’m not getting the refund voucher. And when I follow up again for the voucher, I’m getting same answers as usual “THEY WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE “…..
Like ..hey u took my mattress, isn’t it u should issue the voucher same time ?? Bcoz u know I will be using the voucher to purchase a new Mattress???
