Wishlist bug needs to be fixed. Excellent catalogs.

It is easy to shop in the Max app by looking at the well-curated catalogs. The only problem is whenever I remove something in my wishlist the item does not get deleted right away. I think it may be a bug in the app itself. It needs to be upgraded and possible bug in this area (wishlist) needs to be fixed. Even today after I typed all of this feedback in the app after being asked for a rating from my recent order, my feedback is not going through after clicking “submit”. Despite all of these, I love shopping using the max app. Lovely items as always. Excellent catalogs.

Supervisor is Not Available (or just Hiding?)Ar first i have ordered items Even its available upon purchasing, after few day they would notify that its not available( please remove from your list if its NOT available to avoid giving your customer False Expectations. Some items are for return.. twice i purchased online.. 1st purschased show in the app Processing while the 2nd purchase is delivered.(cant send return request online since tilk now it show processing even though its done!)I have call customer service for return item. Very accomodating hence promised me to put a note urgent so they will pick up soon. Then when i spokoe to Chatbox... seems nothing happened seems i didnt make a call for return item. Nikhil still asked me to give my the order item number one by one item by item. As i ask for supervisor he sid NOT available.. Very bad service. It seems im dealing with robot. No sense of urgency no sense of customer service at all.

Never ever order from this horrible place. I placed an order earlier this month, and nobody has come to collect it until now. I placed multiple complaints as I couldn’t return it on the app, only for them to come back to me after two weeks saying it’s a technical issue. I told them to send me an email, they straight up refused first and then the management team told me they will reach out to me via email in 2 hours and they never did. I called a few times again, and told them to stop lying to me, they said we will reach out again in max 30 mins via email, again days later no response. Then I reached out again, and that guy said oh the issue has been fixed I will return your order and guess what, still no return. It has been 20 days now and my products have still not been returned because of their own technical issue and I still don’t have my money. I’m never ordering from this store again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Unreliable Service and Empty Promises – Worst Online Shopping Experience

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this app, and once again, I never received my order. Every time I contact customer service, they say, “We’ll look into it” or “We’ll raise a complaint,” but no one actually follows up — I always have to call back myself.The next day when I called, the agent promised my order would be packed and sent out ASAP, but again, no one contacted me. When I followed up the day after yet again, I was told the order was canceled because “the driver tried to contact you,” which is the same excuse they gave last time! I even showed proof on WhatsApp and screenshots of my call logs showing no one contacted me.In the end, they just said “We’ll refund your money.” Honestly, what’s the point of having an online service if the outcome is always canceling orders and refunding money? Worst service ever. Extremely disappointing and unreliable.
