Honestly, I am a very very difficult person to impress, but this app here Privilee has impressed me in every single way. I couldn’t believe all of the benefits that were included in this membership for a super fair price. I really recommend this to anyone who lives in Dubai who has a bit more spare time on their hands or a remote job; or whoever is visiting Dubai and staying here for a while with family or friends! I’ve used Privilee for a while now, and honestly, the concept is great — but the execution? A complete joke. I’ve had to change my phone several times (normal life stuff — upgrades, faulty devices, etc.), and apparently, that’s enough to get you locked out of your own account if you didn’t manually log out first. Because clearly, everyone remembers to log out of their broken phone before it dies, right?Now, instead of implementing something basic like facial recognition, two-step verification, or even a secure re-login process, Privilee’s solution is… drumroll… to make me write a signed letter promising to only use one device. In 2025. From a tech-based company. You can’t make this up.Instead of protecting members from fraud with modern authentication, they punish the paying customers who are simply upgrading their phones. Absolute nonsense

The overall value for money of the Privilee is good, the best options keep getting removed though, like the splash parks, the hotels in Saadiyat Island, etc.... and you get less and less for your money..what is also annoying is that the last update is horrible.. lots and lots of bugs… at least on iPhone 13Pro (works fine on my wife’s iPhone 12).. I don’t see any options on the Home Screen, the scroller when “exploring” is just not working properly and really annoying.. the “redeem voucher” option. When I’m at a venue just goes blank..Very poor app at the moment.. I tried to reinstall it, but no luck.. please fix this!

I purchased a 3-month Privilee membership for 1,899 AED expecting to use the services included in the package. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances I had to travel outside the UAE shortly after activation and could not use the membership as planned.According to the records, the membership was used only once for a meditation class. When I contacted support to ask whether an extension or reconsideration might be possible due to the very limited usage, I was informed that this could not be accommodated because the membership had already been activated.While I understand that companies operate according to their policies, the outcome was disappointing, as this effectively meant that one class cost 1,899 AED. Flexibility in situations like this can be important for maintaining long-term customer relationships and trust.For this reason, I will also seek clarification from the relevant consumer protection authorities to better understand customer rights in such situations. I hope the company may review similar cases in the future so that experiences like this can be handled with greater flexibility.
