PhonePe Has Lost Its Reliability!

I’ve been using PhonePe for a while, but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating.I had auto-pay enabled, my account had enough money, yet the payment failed for no reason. They didn’t retry the transaction, didn’t notify me, and left me completely in the dark. Because of this, I ended up facing penalties—who’s going to pay for my loss? Definitely not this app.Trying to contact customer support was another nightmare. It’s just an AI bot, and there’s no option to talk to a real person or even properly explain my issue. Over time, PhonePe has completely lost its connection with users—they don’t care anymore.If an app can’t even process payments properly or provide real support, what’s the point of using it? Time to delete it and move on to something more reliable.

I have installed this app last year in 2019, since till now i have only got rewards of INR 100 only.Every month I am doing multiples transaction like dish tv, electricity bills, and etc.Only they are giving flipkart offers and etc which of no use.
