The apps used to crash right after opening. I don’t know the cause, it seems like most apps have the same behavior when not updated. Now it’s working fine

Bus Transportation-Features

Although the app is good ,the transportation feature doesn’t show the Expected Time and Actual time of Arrival and Departure.Moreover ,it would be better for parents to track their children if the app also shows the scanned in time and out time.This feature was present earlier ..The picture of bus between school and home doesn’t show the live data.. would be better if this feature is available by connecting it to GPS and tracking live data…
Fails to load, poor layout, mixed up language

To start with the App shows half the content in English and Rest in Arabic. So none Bi-lingual cannot use the app or understand the content. There’s no option to select a language for app users restricting their ability to use.Poor user interface/layout that’s not at all user friendly, with much room to improve. For an example, reverse order of buttons and contents and lack of quality in layout.The communications tab that shows messages from the school takes ages to load and most of the time does not display. Attachments are either not shown or not opening at all and times not allowed to click/select the attachments.There’s a lot of room for improvement in this app that can help parents have continued access to content making it easier to keep up with the demanding nature. Specially when school is not able to use more than one email address of parents , this app could have helped a lot for both parents to get the messages from school directly.

1. On a launch, the app always pop up system window saying that Notifications are turned off for this app. I push cancel and then get same alert on the launch again. This violates Apple guidelines and shall be fixed on priority. 2. App Support button in AppStore leads to main Gems schools webpage. Apple explicitly requires under Guideline 1.4.2 that developers provide a functional link that connects users directly to actual support contacts or a dedicated help desk, not general website page. Shall be fixed on priority.
