Amazing app for purchasing clothes and accessories in Gcc. Highly recommend it to anyone who lives in the Gcc country. Bought few items last week and the quality of the items were very good and also affordable to purchase from the website. Men s also have a lot of amazing products and accessories to purchase from. Only fall back I felt is that baby section needed to be added along with it so that people can purchase those items too from the website quite often like female and men collections. Loved the bag that I bought last week so much from Styli. And also some brands are quite cheap here so it’s quite good to do a large shopping haul from here

I placed an order on 13 May with an expected delivery date of 16 May. The delivery driver only arrived late in the evening on the 16th, but I was out of town. I immediately requested that the delivery be rescheduled for Monday, 19 May.To my surprise, on 17 May, the status of my order in the app changed to "READY_FOR_CONSIGNEE_PICKUP" without any further explanation. Since then, I have contacted both Styli and their delivery partner, Aramex, via WhatsApp every single day starting from 19 May.The response has been consistently frustrating. I’m told the same false promises each time — that my order is out for delivery and will arrive in "1–2 business days." However, I receive no actual communication from the delivery team: no calls, no emails, and no attempt to deliver unless I follow up and report that I haven't received my order.Each time I reach out, I speak to a different customer service agent, and I’m given contradictory and misleading information. There has been zero accountability and no real attempt to resolve the issue.After weeks of back and forth and over 20 days past the expected delivery date, I finally submitted a request to cancel the order — only to be told it cannot be canceled because it has "already been shipped." Shipped where exactly? Because I certainly haven’t received it.This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be ordering from Styli again and strongly advise others to consider alternative platforms that value customer service and transparency.

They’re very bad at returning policy, I’m supposed to get back my money for the things I’ve retuned back to them but no money until this moment. And the person I talked to through WhatsApp said that they’ve returned it since Nov 30 😂 But the shock is: I’ve got NO money transferred to my account at that day (nor the bank acc or Styli account) from the day I bought until this day.Details:Nov 25 - I’ve got my order. Nov 27 - They’ve taken the return items & sent me an SMS message that “in 7-14 days the money will be transferred to my account”. Dec 2 - I talked to them again via WhatsApp and they said “ in 14-21 days 😂 I will get my money”. Dec 16 - today I’m writing to them & she said “that the money has already been sent to me since 30 Nov! 🙂” I’ve checked both my bank acc + my Styli acc but nothing there. I called the bank to double check and he said “NO transactions were made that day, nor any other day by that name or number”. Wooow. Nice job Styli! 👎🏻I’m NEVER ordering from u again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Styli. I placed my order on 22nd May specifically to receive it before Eid. Before placing the order, I was informed that delivery would be completed before 25th May, which is why I trusted the service and proceeded with my purchase.Unfortunately, Eid has already passed, and today is 31st May, yet my order has still not been delivered. The main purpose of ordering the items was for Eid, and due to this unacceptable delay, the order has become useless for its intended occasion.What makes the situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of proper communication and updates regarding the delivery. There has been no clear explanation for the delay, no accurate delivery timeline, and no effort to keep customers informed. As a customer, I should not have to keep checking and chasing updates for an order that was promised to arrive on time.I understand that delays can happen, but customers deserve honesty, transparency, and timely communication. Promising delivery before a specific date and then failing to deliver even several days later without proper updates is highly unprofessional and disappointing.This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had. I expected much better service from Styli. I hope the company takes responsibility for this issue, improves its delivery management, and treats customers with the respect they deserve. I would also appreciate an immediate update regarding my order and a clear explanation for this significant delay.
