Resell
Hani_82
The App is easy to use when you want to buy your tickets however it’s hard to resell! I got two tickets however due to an emergency i couldn’t use the second. I tried the resell option around 5 pm same day of event, yet it never went thru. It’s a bit unfair as i asked for refund for credits to use again but that also was declined! Good to know to never go thru this app again 👍
Developer Response
Hi Hani_82,Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the situation you faced on the day of the event. To clarify how refunds and resales work on Tick’it:• Refunds are issued directly by the event organizer — not by Tick’it.Refund policies are fully decided by the organizer at the time you purchase your ticket. Tick’it is simply a third-party platform facilitating the sale, and we do not have the authority to approve or process refunds. We can only intervene in very specific cases such as event cancellation, postponement, or when the event does not match the advertised material. For all other cases, we are required to follow the organizer’s refund policy.• The resale option is not automatic.Resale is only available if the event is sold out and if another buyer chooses to purchase your listed ticket (this is stated clearly when you decide to resell your ticket and in our terms of use). Listing a ticket for resale does not guarantee that it will be sold, and timing plays a major role, especially on the same day of the event. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially in emergency situations, and your feedback is valuable as we continue improving our communication around these policies. If you’d like us to review your case again, please reach out to our support team — we’re always here to help within the limits of the organizer’s rules.Thank you for sharing your experience,The Tick’it Team

Greatest app to get tickets for events
Absence of responsibility (refund never received)
H AbdaYeM
There is an option to sell your ticket in case you can’t attend the event, i submitted it and received a confirmation that someone bought it , that was 5 months ago and never received the money , none of the Reps has the decency to do their job , the whole team is simply irresponsible
