So far i have been enjoying this game so much, and I highly recommend it if you wanna feel butterflies if you know what i mean, but for the past few days i have been experiencing a problem in which i cant enter the game every time i try entering the game i wait for a couple of minutes until it says “you have been away for to long reconnecting to the game” than take me back to “enter game” page I tried the clean and repair buttons but didn’t work I also contacted customer service but unfortunately there has been no response. Please fix it. Thank you

:)I’ve been playing since a week after the release. I’m an f2p, and I gotta say, it improved a lot! More rewards and engaging event; lots of free items and the recent events are fun! Haven’t really had MUCH trouble earning diamonds to get my LI’s banner; as a long time f2p. Gameplay and story is awesome, highly recommended specially if you’re a fan of romance, battle, sci-fi, action, basically those lol. Though, there’s still a few flaws.The longer you play, the more boring it gets. I’ve reached lvl. 80, max stage/level in a few battle areas. There isn’t much ways to farm anymore. Please add new ways to farm:,) Also new main story chapters soon, I hope! I’ve also had trouble leveling up my cards due to the limited stamina and rewards, but its ok! I just hope you guys add new levels specially in the battle farming areas for us people who already maxed it out. Nevertheless, the story line is great! Quality is nice, everything is engaging. I hope you guys add more items for f2p players; like more clothes/poses in exchange for chocolate, especially for Zayne haha.
IT WON'T LOAD AND ENTER THE GAME

I played this game when it was first launched a bit, then quited for personal reasons. But now I'm trying to play the game again. I USED TWO DIFFERENT DEVICES TO DOWNLOAD AND PLAY BUT IT WON'T OPEN IN BOTH. It would do it's normal file loading, but always get stuck at 'checking local resources' AND GETS STUCK THERE FOREVER. I checked the network report it shows nothing is wrong. I reopened my WiFi box, I reopened the game, many times AND IT WON'T LET ME ENTER. I have an IOS device the very same device I used to download the game during the launch. It was capable and the game was running smoothly but now all I see is the loading screen animation THAT'S IT Update: I followed what the customer service said, I even changed my WiFi dns…but it keeps loading not actually not entering the game. I stayed up late at night till early morning to get this working but it won't coop
