I personally love buying nike products, i have bought many authentic products, but most of the time shoes and sizes out of stock for a long time especially all the shoes i wanted, also whenever I order from this app it takes longer to deliver than the expected date, please notice this comment, still alot like nike thank you

Extremely Disappointed with Nike and Imile Courier ServiceI’ve been misled by both Nike and their courier partner, Imile, since June 1. Every day, I’ve been told that my order is either “out for delivery” or will “arrive today” yet as of June 8, I still haven’t received anything.I’ve spoken to multiple customer service agents from Nike, and each time I’m given the same false reassurances: that my case is being prioritized and my order will arrive “today” or “tomorrow.” Not once has anyone followed up. I’ve had to initiate every single conversation myself, only to be met with the same empty promises.As for Imile, I have been trying to contact them every single day via phone and their live chat, but it's impossible to get through. The system always says “all agents are busy,” and that has been the case since June 1. It feels like they are deliberately avoiding accountability.To make matters worse, this delivery was supposed to be a birthday gift for my husband on June 3,an occasion they completely ruined due to their negligence and lack of communication.This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I feel completely deceived and disrespected. I will never trust Nike’s service or Imile again. The drivers are unprofessional, and the customer service shows zero urgency, reliability, or honesty.

As a loyal nike customer I'm very disappointed from the change of apps that happened. App crashes in every time I'm considering to place and order. The lack of product and lack of quality in this app resulted in me stopping to shop with nike and start looking for better alternatives which I found easily, and I assure you this is the case for many other users but they didn't post a review about it. The developer in the review section always replies to the concerns and complains from months, and keeps promising to improve and return major "basic" features we used to have, but still all words no action was taking from months now. Very disappointed. I hope people start noticing how low effort the new management is putting.

how do i rate no star? I ordered four pairs of shoes last Friday and all sizes were available when I checked out. I waited for three days but I didn't receive any proper update, then today only one pair was delivered.I even called your customer service and they said they would find a way to deliver the remaining three items. They even gave me a complaint number so I was hoping it would be resolved. But when I checked the app today, it suddenly became “unable to fulfill this item.”What kind of system do you have? If the items are not available, why did you allow me to checkout and pay? You didn't even take concrete action to resolve the issue but instead said you would refund immediately after making the customer wait for a few days.Your service is very disappointing. It's a waste of time and effort for the customer to wait and follow up. I want a clear explanation of why this happened and what you actually did to fix the order before declaring it “unable to fulfill.”
