PAY HOW YOU LIKE
Card, Apple Pay, Tamara or Tabby in instalments, or cash on delivery. Cards are saved securely by our payment provider, never by us.
HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT
Free returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging, collected free of charge. Hygiene items - food, treats, medicines, litter and pee pads - cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged or wrong. Our support team is available 8am to 9pm, and Pawly answers 24/7.
Fixes an issue where the app could freeze for several seconds on iPhone when moving between product lists and product pages. Live delivery tracking is also more reliable.
