Will never visit again!!

The Temple architecture is great etc but our entire visit was ruined because of the Security guards at the entrance. They are rude and not considerate to old people at all. I was waiting for my family to finish the extremely elaborate scanning and checking, when the security lady told her colleagues to ‘chase them away’. This is not the way to speak to visitors who have come to pray. Particularly one Mr Ashish Rana from the security gave us a hard time with his female colleague whose name I could not take down. They made us keep our personal umbrellas outside and failed to provide umbrellas in the hot burning sun outside at 12pm.The security inside the temple was kind and treated elders well though, however this incident will always stay in our minds.

It is a tourist place where people come with family which includes kids, elderly persons etc. I have been here twice earlier but this time when I visited with my family the experience was very bad. They have not allowed the kids stuffs inside such as baby feeder, diaper Seegahalli etc. If people’s are visiting as tourists they definitely will not have car to put all the stuffs and go inside. The security should understand as of case basis. This time it seems this is not temple but a business place thats why nothing is allowed so that there business runs. Very bad experience, now I will never come and also not suggest anyone the same.

Not allowed to worship

The temple management refused to let many devotees to worship. We waited in the queue for more than 2 hours for security clearances. The BAPS management were not sympathetic to our repeated requests. They were asking us to leave. Some of the functions celebrated in the BAPS Mandir premises are performed on an auspicious occasion only once a year. A separate queue for the devotees would have helped. We come there to just have a glimpse and seek blessings. Please don’t turn down the devotees is my only request. The management could have asked to wait for the crowd in the tent to reduce instead of saying the funding is finished and closed.
