One of the most pathetic login application. I registered in Saudia now want to relogin after the upgrade in mobile app. It sends confirmation message on my Saudia no which dont have anymore. There is no way to change the mobile no or option to receive message on registered email address. Similarly no online help contact or email address provided in Help tags. I tried to send message on given whatsapp no which only repling auto message to Install “Saudia App for more information”. Kindly add alternate method on login page if someone change the mobile no or mobile messages receiving is not available.
Poor management and inexperienced staff

Worst experience with Saudia in terms of their luggage handling and poor selection of ground staff. Be it in Riyadh (big time) or Jeddah. They not just damaged my luggage but also lost it and once I went to claim it they had 0 idea where it is they neither could track it nor they help you. Saudia needs to get rid of its staff if they want to sustain like Qatar or Etihad.
Constant problems with the app

The app has constant problems that make basic tasks nearly impossible: booking with miles is nearly importable. You’ve got to refresh same search 10+times before reward option appears. The app keeps logging me out because it claims my profile is “missing information” even though everything was updated long ago. When I try to reenter and save details again - nothing updates. AI chat is also useless and provides zero support. Not to mention me having a substantial financial loss due to booking that they charged for but never actually issued the ticket due to “temporary problems”- I had non refundable hotel booked. For a national carrier this kind of instability is totally unacceptable
