Indigo Rent A Car 12+

I have rented many times from different companies, but this is the worst ever company. They are scammers, I recently rented car from them, there was issue with ac, they asked me to pay 1500 dirhams for it, I never made an accident, They asked me to bring police report, I went to police station they said it’s not an accident. But still Dubai police helped me, they said we will give a report that ac is not working. Still they charged me for ac maintenance. Even though it’s written in the contract that if there is any maintenance issue company will fix it. Once you rented car from them, and there is maintenance issue they will ask you to come to their workshop. They will never replace your car, you have to wait while they are fixing the car. Simply, unprofessional, scammers and every employee of their common act like a boss. I recommend, do not ever rent a car from them.
And all the five star reviews you see on the app is fake, it’s all their employees. It’s not even a 1 star company

I rented a car for a month and paid for the whole month in advance. I returned the car after 27 days, and the employee confirmed everything was okay without mentioning any fines. the next day the company informed me that it had revised the price, saying I owed double price of the car because I returned the car three days early. They also categorically refused to provide a car for the remaining 3 days to avoid the penalty.
No one informed me about this when I returned the car, and I only found out about the extra charges the next day. The company did not give me the option to either keep the car for three more days or pay a penalty. The employees either intentionally or accidentally hid the fact that there would be extra charges for returning the car early, and the customer support team was unhelpful, just telling me to read the contract. This is how they treat their customers.

The absolute worst scam company you can find in the city!
I have used Indigo more than 5 times, and every time I’ve had problems. Latest it was my 1000AED deposit that never came back, and only with email threatening them with a lawyer, the money suddenly came to my account. They say they ‘block’ the amount and it will be released automatically - that’s a lie! Even confirmed from the bank!
Latest was a case from yesterday, but won’t bother writing the full story. Just don’t use Indigo! They steal your money, have NO sense of costumer service and never ever believe or will accept that they made a mistake - it’ll always be the costumers fault! Just simply stay away to avoid problems with money, deposit and staff that have no training in costumer service!
