Best Experience Ever
The dealership helped me and got the exact car and specifications I needed. My recommendation is to use the app at your nearest dealership so that way the experience is better and you can see if the car you want is available. It took me less than an hour to have the car picked out and all the paperwork is done. I walked out of the dealership with a 2016 Mazda 3 with less than 7,000 miles in it and for less than I ever imagined. The car was pre-certified and looked brand new. I am so happy this app exists. Thanks!!!

Not surprised
I thought about checking how this app goes after one year as I was one of the first customers they had and had a HORRIBLE experience with them: from customer service to the car itself ( they lied to me that the car would get at my door the same day, then said next day in the morning and after multiple phone calls and complains they delivered a car, random one, in the afternoon. You just select a car and they say they will bring you that one and then : SURPRISE!!! A totally different one. I called them many times to get me what I payed for. Count that I HAD TO CALL THEM, nobody bothered to give me a call to inform me about anything. Long story short, an absolute MESS! I am still wondering how come they are still on the market. BY THE WAY: you can’t get full insurance if your license is not older than a year( I drive since 15 years ago but my UAE license was less than a year old) so basically YOU CAN’T EVEN PAY FOR FULL INSURANCE ( I WONDER IF IT’S EVEN LEGAL 🤷♀️)
The concept was really good but what a shame that people working there and their collaborators are really unprofessional! 😤👎👎👎

Totally disappointing - would not suggest to anyone else
The customercare follow up only when it’s their need. When I had issues regarding charging extra for fuel when I have fueled it exactly the right amount as when they gave me and the pick up guy confirmed with me while picking up that everything was okay including the fuel. The next day without even prior notice, just deducted the amount and when I asked to give me the explanations, they said they will get back to me through their app as well as I tried calling them up and they said the same. Till now they haven’t followed me back. They just keep saying they will check and let me know which never comes up.
Sad to see that the rent a car company I trusted is behaving like a scam.
All we can do maximum is just a write a review so that no one else goes through this. Be careful as they say no deposits but these are their way of treating you. 🙏🏻
