Unfortunately my experience was bad. Almost all of the items I purchased were bad. I ordered baguette and it came so hard like the bread wasn’t made fresh and kept for days. I ordered fresh daily juice and when it came it was from the day before. I ordered fresh cheese from a certain brand and when it came it was another brand. Not shopping here again.

I have been using the app for a couple of months now for our weekly shopping.. at first it was working smoothly but now the filter doesn't work for sub categories and brand names which makes searching for specific items very hard.

As for the freshness of the items… we did receive items that will go bad the same day like chicken breast and mince meat which is very inconvenient.. so just stick to imperishable and veg and fruit if you don't want to risk it

Other than that its an ok app 🙂 not as bad as other grocery stores but can do with some improvements here and there.

The app constantly refreshes, sometimes the cart gets empty by itself, very often you find out that the item was out of stock only after they deliver. Delivery note comes with 2 days delay, as well as dispatch note. There’s much work to be done. Make inventory “live” and fix the refresh rate. The app is very slow and constant restart of the whole payment operation really does get on one’s nerves. App which cannot stay without refreshing for 5-10 seconds isn’t a good app. And the phone settings do absolutely nothing with it.
