Generally a disappointing experience

I have subscribed to Office for my startup, as I’m not a fan of the competition and hoping that the cloud experience would be better (and at least not worse). Unfortunately this is not the case.One thing that stands out is that Office has multiple personality disorder. Everything has multiple ways of doing it and no way is ironed out or problem-free. This can be summarized with just two of many examples:1. When I want to create a meeting, there is a way to do it in Outlook and a way in Teams. Why? The Teams calendar doesn’t have anything to tell me if this will be a Teams meeting (maybe it’s by default, but I don’t know that), but it does have a place to enter the physical location.2. Sharing documents is a nightmare. There’s something called OneDrive Personal, OneDrive Business, and SharePoint. Each are different and none are easy to navigate. When I share a document with someone they don’t seem to get a message about it (like google notifies on email and chat) and if I copy a sharing link, the other person can edit as a “guest” without logging into the company. It appears that sharing either should be simplified or is hiding some options that should not be hidden.On top of this, the network location thing is buggy (I use a Mac), and no amount of login attempts actually logs me in to the darn thing. How can something so basic have such bugs?After using complex corporate installations of Office I had the impression that maybe these sprawling enterprise setups are too complex to make work very smoothly. Unfortunately, it seems that the startup minimalist version can be worse. How is that possible?
Trashy app + stupid unfixable error

It keeps giving me an ‘error’ and ‘another account from your organisation has already signed in to this device’ every time I try to login with my school account. I’ve had this issue for months and I’ve been in and out of the IT department like 3 times already it’s so annoying. I’ve had to delete and download all my Microsoft apps (and after deleting I download again through Microsoft 365) and then after logging back in in like 2 minutes it signs me out. And after tryna sign in again it gives me the same error AGAIN. LIKE IM SO SO DONE GET THIS FIXED FFS. I’m so behind in all my class work I’ve had to switch to other apps like pages but it doesn’t help when you’re an year 10 igcse student that literally needs word and excel for so many subjects.
