*Usta in Arabic, Turkish and Farsi means an expert or craftsman; a guru so-to-speak.

You can choose to select an Usta based on their rating, reviews and experience, or let Mr Usta match one for them. We provide both, quotes-based and on-demand booking options;
-Book Now:
An on-demand booking option with fixed prices, that instantly matches customers with our most trusted Ustas. This is suitable for customers that want convenience and peace of mind, above anything else.
-Get Quotes:
An option to receive multiple quotes from various Ustas and negotiate price via a built-in chat technology. This booking option is suitable for customers that are not in a hurry to get the job done, prefer to compare quotes from various professionals and assign the Usta themselves.

Mr. Rosevelt was extremely professional in his work and informed me the details of the service very well. However, he said to wait for 3 weeks for complete elimination of cockroaches from the kitchen. I hope to get the results by that time.

It’s not good at all
I thought a good application. The idea is just great, but unfortunately, as soon as I started using it, I immediately got disappointed. Companies that offer services through this application are just disgusting. I placed 3 announcements for various services around the house and received offers from all 3 announcements, but companies that offer their services there are some kind of garbage. As a result, I did not accept any offers and found the company in the old-fashioned way according to the advice of my friends. If the owners of the application want to really be successful with their own product, then they should seriously think about the selection of companies providing their services on this application.

I’ve booked everything from laundry to moving and painting on this app and have had no issues at all. Its very convenient and connects you to rated companies in minutes. I also like to get the support of their customer service who always help me choose the right company for my requirements and budget. Highly recommended.
