Mumzworld 4+

It’s always easy to sell but the after sales is always the tricky one, with Mumzworld it’s been a breeze not just once but few times I’ve e countered issue.
I remember first one was for replacement of a damaged item but the most recent one is even unexpected. I bought juicer more than a year ago and am willing to even pay for a replacement part. Can’t find a closest service center so took chance of calling Mumzworld, to my surprise it’s even under warranty and got my item replaced assisted by them end to end process. They even checked afterwards if all are in place. Have recommended to friends, nutri bullets and anything I could buy here, am a fan. You won’t always find this kind of after sales experience.

After purchasing a swing set that was advertised for being suitable for ages 3 and above. The vendor delivers it at 10pm and I get surprised with the terrible quality that this swing set would not be able to hold a child more than 3 years old let alone more than one child at the same time!!! Due to the late night delivery I was not able to contact mumzworld. But after contacting them the next morning and chasing up for the following 15 days to collect and refund tolerating this huge piece of useless equipment sitting in my front yard for this long and continuously being promised by mumzworld that this will this be resolved I get a surprise call from a Mr Hazem that the item cannot be refunded and instead a compensation of 100dhs would be given to me, which I declined!!!
I paid 1500+ for a piece of trash! This is the price I paid for trusting mumzworld!! Shame on you mumzworld for posting false information and to still have this up on your website is what utterly shocked me!!! What a cheat and total rip off!!!

I have been dealing with them for some time now, it was every now and then that they sell me items that dose not exist, you pay and then you get an email that the item you bought is out of stock or “didn't pass quality check” or whatever reason they come up with every time, to make you chose another item! its a very bad strategy to sell your items that are not fast going very frustrating! and now this happens to me almost every time i place an order! every time i place an order they cancel the items with whatever reason to convince me with another item! and if i didn't accept they would give store credits ! really not even money back! so the guarantee your money doesn’t go anywere els but their pockets !!
Very disappointing !
