Description
myMetLife Gulf (Middle East) app is designed for customers who are covered by a policy purchased from MetLife in one of the Gulf countries (UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain). It’s a one-stop online customer service center with everything MetLife has to offer! Manage your account, read the latest on health, fitness, and financial wellness, and access customer service. If you have medical insurance through your employer, you can also use the app to also access pre-approvals, submit and view claims and view your ID card. If you’re eligible, the app will also help you access Wellbeing Connect and the health tracking tool.

Logging in issue
Dear MetLife,
It is great that MetLife costumers are able to manage everything through an app. The issue I continuously face with the app is every time I log in I am asked to change my password. 1. It is annoying because sometimes you need to access the app quickly, and this prompt stops you from doing so. 2. I am literally tuning out of passwords to use.
Needs a lot of improvement
Stability issue still exists. The app still continues to freeze and cannot get out of some menus. The edges are off bound and cannot reach the back button on the top, or the bottom tray functions. Multiple claims have been lost due to these bugs.
Otherwise, great concept, color scheme, layout is great, and ease of use! If it works
