myMetLife Gulf (Middle East) app is designed for customers who are covered by a policy purchased from MetLife in one of the Gulf countries (UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain). It’s a one-stop online customer service center with everything MetLife has to offer! Manage your account, read the latest on health, fitness, and financial wellness, and access customer service. If you have medical insurance through your employer, you can also use the app to also access pre-approvals, submit and view claims and view your ID card. If you’re eligible, the app will also help you access Wellbeing Connect and the health tracking tool.

The worst app in the whole universe
The app doesn’t save my passcode what so ever and denied to recognize my passcode when I type it and shows that I have to reset my password. After half an hour of passcode problems it logs in but then when you accidentally leave the app it signs out and then the half an hours starts again. Very pathetic to see a big company making an application like this!
Can’t upload full page
While submitting a claim, if I choose to upload attachments from image from library, the photo frame in app will not allow to capture the full image. Before it was fine. Now it is problematic in this release.. so any document if i upload will be cropped from top and bottom and ther is no way to fit it in
