The assistance was amazing, the guy was very helpful and he explained a lot to me, he could’ve just did his job and leave but instead explained a lot of things in my car and explained what he was doing, as a female i found his explanation really helpful to know what to do next time i have issues. Will definitely continue using this app

I had one of the most unprofessional experiences with Mysyara. I booked a car wash service well in advance, and the appointment was confirmed for a specific time. Almost an hour after booking—and just 30 minutes before the scheduled time—I called them to make sure they arrive on time.To my surprise, the supervisor called me back only to say they couldn’t come because they were overbooked and there was some issue with their app. This was a complete last-minute back-out from their end, with no prior communication or apology until I followed up.When I explained that my entire day’s plan got disrupted because of their sudden cancellation, the representative laughed and said he couldn’t understand why my day got spoiled because of this. This response was not only unprofessional but also dismissive and rude.If a company cannot manage its bookings properly or treat its customers respectfully when things go wrong, it speaks volumes about their service standards. I will definitely think twice before using or recommending Mysyara again.

Writing this review to ensure that the concerned team takes a closer look at the miserable quality of customer service offered. I have been using MySyara continuously over the last 6-7 months and have had 0 complaints. Always spoken highly of the quality of service offered on ground. Todays incident changed my opinion completely - on buying a monthly cleaning package, I was confident to be a loyal customer over the next year or so. Unfortunately, my monthly booking schedule is that of Saturday 3-5pm. I called up the customer care service today, to request a rescheduling as I’m out of country this Saturday. The customer service executive first mentioned that rescheduling isn’t possible as per terms and conditions. On repeating my request he mentioned that the rescheduling would cost be AED 15. I was confused how he changed his stance on this matter so quickly, hence I asked him to show me where this is mentioned in terms and conditions. There is NO mention of rescheduling charges/rescheduling not possible in t&c on the app. On calling him back, I explained that I genuinely need the car washed but he didn’t seem to care about the genuine concern. I’ve requested to cancel my subscription and refund the amount. A classic example of a good customer app having poor customer service.

Their mechanics people are bunch of scammers, they take the car over for a whole day to diagnose it then they bill you on every part of the car to charge you with a fortune, then you ask them what are the important stuff the fix and they don’t have an answer for that, they say they need another day to get an answer. Literally a waste of my time. The thing is, I had my car checked in prior before going to them and it’s way easier to fix it by yourself in Al Qouz instead of going to those scammers. Need mechanical help? Absolutely not them, their co branding with the oil company made them look at you as a money machine instead of a customer who would come back to them.
