Urent 4+

I have rented a lot of cars over the years but the Customer Service of the Urent Preferred Counter at Ontario Airport and the Urent Counter when Preferred is not available is awesome! They always take care of me one way or another. I love the way this Urent App is set up now that I know how to really pay attention to it I was going to the counter all the time not realizing my car was already available with the lane number, what type of car and the fuel status. Having this feature takes the guesswork out what your getting and if you need to make changes because it was not what you expected, the process at the counter is easier to adjust to accommodate you to getting into more of what you desire! I downloaded the Urent application and was happy to see how easy it was to use it. I was unable to find a car in my budget range and got through to an amazing customer support lady named Jona. She found so many resolutions for me by outlining the steps she would take to find a solution and reached out for help to fulfill my budget range. Jona helped me in the fastest and most efficient way possible with great communication skills. Without her help and Shift Car Rental working together I wouldn’t have been able to rent a car. I've rented cars with Urent for almost a year now, I usually rent their SUV's most of the time which are really spacious and comfortable. They offer extremely competitive prices compared with other car rental companies (which is why I usually go back here), also they don't require your credit card information like some do which is nice. Also the service is outstanding; if there is ever an issue, it gets resolved quickly with no problems. Love renting from them!
