Namshi - We Move Fashion 4+

Namshi one of the fastest good quality app for shoping, and has a kind & professional costumer service, always helpful, but it is first time unfortunatelly Im facing with refund issues, I've been ordered items, then had to return them, after applying for return I received confirmation email where all refund amount and prices mentioned is right, but when I opened app to track my return request in my "my orders" page all returned items is showing lower price than my actual purchased prices ! then they really refund me less amount of my actual purchase prices ! I explained this to costumer service but they did not understand me what Im saying about, so there still missing my some amount. Please can somone contact me to solve it

I recently encountered issues while using this app that should not be ignored. First, I had an order for an item which specifically mentioned next day delivery and the order was placed successfully with all my details. Then, they said that delivery could not be made because the address was not mentioned. How could the order be successfully placed without a delivery address? And to think it was clearly specified in the order details. It took me reaching out to customer support team and it took several days for the item to be delivered. So much for “next day delivery.” And not just 2 days ago, I placed another order and the application kept on loading and was not responding. I then received a notification that the payment was already deducted from my card. Funny thing was, when I reopened the app, the order was not there and I received no order confirmation. And yet payment was deducted, and still no refund processed at all. I used to have no issues doing online shopping with this app but now, I am beyond disappointed. I do hope they credit back the charge soon. I do not want to think that I have just been scammed by this app.

One of the reasons I am very impressed with Namshi is that 1. Have great offers one needs to have an eye on vs shops 2. Which to me is extremely important is time saving! No visits to shops yet getting the same quality products.. with no stress of return back if it does not fit as I like, unlike most online shops. This really impressed me and will continue to be loyal buyer if this continues. No hassle, quality, beautiful cloths/makeup.. what else can I ask for? With quick delivery and excellent packing. Thank you Namshi for having such a quality customer care equivalent to Dubai high standards! X
