Overall, the app is okay. Just make improvements on the interface so that it will be easier to navigate. Also, please include Apple Pay and Apple Wallet integration which are included in the Vox Cinemas App so that it’s easier to pay and to access the tickets on the Wallet app.

I wouldn't never recommend this cinema it is completely disgusting and the works kicked us out for whispering to one another and we are just kids while they had no rights, we were sitting and whispering and so were others and now they come and only kick us out. They have no rights and we are just kids they gave us a warning and we listend and they still ended up kicking us out. If you are wondering what mall this is it is dubai festival city never come here. They are very disrespectful and when they kqqicked us out we couldn't do anything not even get our food or tickets we had to go out immediately while they had no rights at all.i know its just an app but i am warning you to not come to this cinema neither get the app because you don’t need it because it id an disgusting,horrible cinema NEVER AND NEVER COME FOR YOUR OWN RIGHTS

The first version was annoying. It’s like the developer was stupid. You can use it but you will have to enter everything all over again if you want to use it. No option to “save card”. The new version finally has this feature. Except the app does not work. I have been constantly reminding myself that I told myself to uninstall it. Because last week I just tried it and it never works. And kept doing it every week hoping one day it will work. It doesn’t. It is really quite surprising these days still have systems like this.
