More replacement options

In around 20 past orders, only had one problem BUT OVERALL, a very very great experience. We just hope there are more appropriate replacement options when something is not available.

That one problem by the way was when ONE item was on the bill but not delivered and the delivery guy said it is with the other delivery guy. It normally happens if I ordered too many items but separating only one item sounds unusual. To make long story short, I was able to chat with the support team who were helpful and they called and solved the issue. I reported not because of the price of the item which they left out but so that it will be discussed by management, to improve and not to happen again.

Amazingly awful experience

It’s been 2 years that I am a devoted user of NowNow. I had a lot of issues with NowNow in past, mostly when my delivery was 10-40 mins late or several times they delivered rotten products but that supposed to be a shop’s responsibility. And I should say NowNow operators usually call to apologise if there is a delay in delivery. I do understand that we life in a big city not always goes as planned. Overall experience was not bad and they have huge selection of stores in app. But this week makes me reconsider my opinion. It started with half of my order not being delivered at all. And when I reached out customer service it took them more than 24 h to deliver the missing part of my order. Which is ridiculous. Next day my delivery was 1h late. And today I placed an order 945, and by noon it is not yet delivered! And I placed it in yalla market that claims to deliver in 45 mins! Which has never happened in my previous experience. Why not posting the exact time? I only decided to order from them because they seemed fast! But what is more disturbing… I wrote to customer services and every operator I talked to asked me to wait for two mins which ended up 30 mins after which the dialogue window closes. It happened 3 times today! I ended up canceling the order but who should pay me for my time? I’m using other delivery app now that cares about their costumers! I do not recommend NowNow if you have other options available in your region.

They play with order after confirmation

I had to delete the application after 2 incidents.. first i bought from supermarket from items and the main thing i wanted got canceled because out of stock but i found it still available to purchase.. i called them they say no it was on sale then sale finished and they increased the price from 10 to 60 which is waay more than the value elsewhere which is max 20 just to justify to me why they cannot sell me with 10 aed.. i told them to cancel order but they still brought it to me and i refused to accept and had to make calls to cancel and refund and honestly i don't m ow if they refunded the amount.. second incident which is annoying and made me realize this application is not up to the level of similar providers is that they cancel items without notification and send you only what they approve.. please check other applications and learn how to they notify customer and give chance to change out of stock items or cancel the order.. when i checked past order i find items cancelled in each order so i think they scam people with promotion to add items in cart then they cancel the promotion items to force people to buy the other normal priced items
