Great Platform for Offering Part-Time Jobs

Ogram is a great platform for offering part-time jobs, especially for those looking to hire remote workers or freelancers. The user experience is smooth, and the platform’s reach helps attract a variety of candidates. While there is room for improvement in terms of filtering and candidate quality, overall, I would recommend it for anyone looking to post flexible, part-time roles.

They don’t pay their employees

I have worked with Ogram for the first time since August and September but they have not yet paid me for the month of August not talk of September. Arfan at the finance department, have given me false promises that I will be getting my salary at next day and later on ghost you . Even though I have sent uncountable emails but no response. I think there should be a place we can report their activities to the authorities and authorities should look the way they’re managing their employees. Very terrible experience. The worst part is they don’t provide transportation and no accommodation to employees yet they don’t want pay them .
