I have been using the Ounass app for quite some time now, and I must say, it has truly revolutionized the way I shop. This is been my worst shopping experience ever and it was a shock and unbelievable that I had to experience it in the UAE. I placed my first order making the payment using my card and the wrong item was sent to me. The customer service advised me that a person will pick the item and process the refund or deliver the right product which I had ordered. After 48 hours as nobody contacted me I called the customer service again and a different representative advised me to take pictures of the item and email it to them, can you believe it. To return the item and get the refund. I was adamant on not doing that as I am a frequent online shopper and who asks for the item’s pictures to be emailed for a return? They sell luxurious brands and they don’t even check their products before shipping it to the customer. The item was picked up after 2 weeks and I am still waiting for the delivery fees I had paid for receiving the wrong item and it has been almost 4 weeks. It is not only ruining the reputation of its brand but also the country as most of the population here is expatriate and everyday we have people moving to the UAE to start new lives. Very disappointed

I wish that you change the system a bit for putting stuff in the basket. It would be helpful if there’s a limited amount of time for putting stuff in your basket before anyone pays first before you and takes away the item. Yesterday I put shoes in my basket and then I started looking for other stuff to see if I wanted to buy anything; then when I reached to the point where I had to pay, it said that the shoe I wanted is sold out, meaning that someone took it away from my basket. I hope that you would change this system and when i keep an item in the basket it can stay there for 1 hour until I’m done looking for other stuff. Then if it stays in my basket for over an hour, someone else is allowed to take it. Thank you
