One of the worst

It has been a month since i am trying to register, every time i get error messages.
Difficult to upload documents because it doesn’t recognise documents in your phone, I figured out that you have to take photos of the documents needed to go forward to the next step.
After finishing the registration which doesn’t include any part to fill the password. To log in you need a password.
Even trying the option (forgot password) the app didn’t recognise my email.
Sending many email to the company and they were not helpful and no reply since 2 weeks

A long way to go to be good

The system is still lacking in many aspects . One , it doesn’t include all the properties owned . I have 4 units but what’s in the system is only one !!
2nd , I found a balance to be paid and tried to download the invoice but nothing happens .
3rd , the system is forcing users to change their old system password and you can’t use the same password .
4th, under Services , Permits are confusing and limited . If I want to issue a permit for a painter to come and paint , I don’t see how I do it .
These are few of the shortcomings that require attention .
I hope they are addressed quickly and hope the App can speed up the process of these services .
Still I couldn’t see other services such as issuance of NOCs .

Slowest app ever ?

Congratulations. Today I am confronted with a new version which doesn’t download, it’s tells me to open and then I get to a screen telling me to download the latest version, it then goes again to the App Store which says open and then back to the screen. It’s quite amazing that anybody could take time and effort to design something that is so useless. Thanks
