In addition to the full suite of services, through Provis App you can customize your dashboard to suit your preference. See a problem in your community? Just take a quick photo with your phone upload and report it through the app. Opt for push notifications to remind you of upcoming events in the community. Looking to connect with your community? Through The Provis App you can now connect with the community through a live chat. Booking doesn’t work
I use this app for one thing only, booking amenities like the basketball court in my compound. Unfortunately, it also does this horribly, half the time the booking doesn’t even show up on the system for the reception to see, so I end up looking like an idiot who didn’t book the thing I’m trying to access and when I book it in front of the receptionist showing that I did the process of booking the amenities, I still can’t access the amenities because it hasn’t shown up on their system.

Completely Useless
Trying to report a maintenance issue in my apartment has been made so difficult.
The only options in Report an Issue tab are:
1. Report an issue in a common area, or
2. Report an issue against another unit.
Not having anywhere else to report make my report I have previously reported my issue using both of these options which has then been closed by someone in their offices without being resolved.

Crashes on start-up but reinstalling seems to work
The app often hangs for a long time when starting up and sometimes will not start at all. However, I found that completely deleting it (rather than simply removing it from Home Screen) and re-downloading from the App Store works.
