A company that has gotten the online shopping experience really wrong
Have been a customer since they first opened in the uae and have started shopping through the app in around 4 years ago. They recently changed how you can exchange items so it’s not possible through the app ( I had previously returned twice with no problems) . tried to contact them repeatedly through the app , on the phone and through WhatsApp by that time the 14 days of return expired . If as a customer you make my shopping experience so complicated I will go to other vendors . This might have been on purpose to deter returns but the genius who came up with it has gotten it all wrong and the company will lose a customer over 200 dhs .
The worst online experience ever
I bought two times through the app.. they said the shipping is free.. but you pay the courier about 20 AED delivery charge. The last time I returned one item & they deducted 75 AED from my money as return charge!!! Going to the physical Riva store is much more cheaper. I don’t recommend this app at all as we all do online shopping to save time & money not to pay more!!
Magnificent
Great quality of clothes. Reasonably priced and well designed. Never disappointed with the products because they offer you a full refund if you don't satisfy with any products you bought from them
