Rashid Hussain Muhammed Hussain driver picked me up around 12,35 afternoon at 15 July from time ruby hotel apartments to Deira Dubai , I explained him clearly the destination but he didn’t know the place and didn’t speak English well and didn’t have gps navigator and didn’t know the road ! Our trip was long and finally he dropped at wrong place ! Because of him I late at my interview, actually receptionist from office where I been going explained him clearly on his language urdu where exactly he have to drop me but he didn’t do that , instead of that he dropped in wrong area so I been rounding on deira area trying to find the right building more than 20 minutes! I been wearing hills and it was extremely hot , so I felt now well , good that I kept water with me ! Because of him my dau was spoiled and I still feel dizzy and feel now well even after 2 hours , because of him some accident could happens me because if the heat ! Please do something with that ! In system it’s showing different locations and timings where I was going , I actually was going from Time ruby hotel apartments to Dubai Deira !!! It’s not first time I faced with rude drivers from your app !

When I tried to complain it’s written error !!!

I m writing this review directly after encountering the sleepy app that didn’t work for me very early around 5:20am until the time of my review (6:06am). And this I am experiencing for the 3rd or 4th may be. This app surely a waste of time. At this time I really want to appreciate RTA Dubai app.. 👎👎👎 for this sleepy app.

After the update the application does not work. It is not possible to view the bus schedule, the application closes itself
