Samsung Galaxy Buds 4+‎

The app itself could’ve been downright amazing, the buds+ headphones are great but letdown by this app.
example -
1) I often use just one earphone, the ability to increase volume using a long touch and decrease volume using side tap (both on one ear bud) would be AMAZING, but the app only lets you to increase volume by long pressing / side tapping your right earbud and decrease volume on the left earbud with no option to swap these functions so that I can increase and decrease volume on one earbud.
2) no option for microphone mute when on zoom / teams / meets calls. A must have feature during these work from home times.

The app needs to be more flexible, the functionality is available but the app just needs a few more tweaks. Make it happen Samsung, and the galaxy buds+ will the best headphones on the market :)

Hi there! Thank for such a detailed review and explanation. We would recommend not using just one earphone since it can negatively affect the battery of the buds. If you need to keep an ear out for the outside world, we'd advise using the ambient mode in your Galaxy Buds+.

I’ve been trying to connect my buds to my phone but only one of Bluetooth devices appear. I had no problem connecting my iPad to my buds but for some reason it isn’t working on my phone. I tried multiple times by turning off my phone and on again or deleting and reinstalling. On the app it says that my buds are connected and when I go to the Bluetooth settings only one of them is connected. All my other devices that use my buds have their Bluetooth turned off. Please help me fix my issue

The Buds+ and iPhone 12 Pro Max should be working flawlessly with this app. There's no need to worry though, lets try some troubleshooting steps shall we? 1. First, you need to reset the Galaxy Buds App if you had them connected at any point. Open the App. Then go to General and tap on Reset earbuds > Reset.2. After the Buds app reset, go to your Bluetooth settings and remove all instances of Galaxy Buds+/Live from there. Close the Buds+/Live case with the earbuds in it. 3. Open the case after sometime, then go to your iPhone Settings> Bluetooth> Connect with Galaxy Buds+/Live . Quickly move on to the next stage.4. Open the Galaxy Buds app and Swipe up to Get Started> Select your Galaxy Buds model> tap on Connect. Please let us know how it goes, thank you.

Galaxy buds 1 they sound amazing but without their features on ios devices is a sacrifice, please make Galaxy buds 1 also to support and make their features available for ios.
I really bought the Galaxy buds gen 1 because fall in price and now I understood I can’t have these features in IOS without the app.
I need the app with features really badly, I hope you’ll support this. Because there’re lot of users who want the support for gen 1 buds in IOS.
Please try to make it happen, I can’t spend again to buy galaxy buds + anytime soon.
