Too many issues
The app needs heavy improvements, when making covid pcr or dpi test it takes too long to do for family members there should be a way to save family members info in one app, also when there is an error or pressing the back button everything gets deleted which makes me write all of the family members details again which takes a lot of time since we are 5 members.
Don’t make COVID appointment for kids in SEHA
One of the worst customer care service I have experienced..for those traveling I request you to a avoid SEHA for COVID test as they will not send you lab report no matter what..I had this problem not once but twice..for once my uncle was about to miss flight but thanks for airport staff for letting us get away with al hosn app report which is not possible with many airlines..second time it was my kids..I got the negative msg in the morning and was waiting for lab report almost for the whole even after multiple requests..thanks to my cousins who had been to the place itself for report and it took only 90mins for them to give report and also shoutings
Very Important Medical Resource in AD
This App should be able to handle the traffic and has all medical information by your hands. Unfortunately it has lots of bugs and incredibly slow, the App should be updated frequently for how important it is for AD residents and specially locals.
تطبيق مهم بالنسبة للمراجعين حيث يتم استخراج منها بيانات ووثائق مهمة، التطبيق بحاجة ماسة من التطوير الدوري ورفع نسبة استوعاب الازدحام بما يأثر على سرعة الاستجواب والأخطاء التقنية كثيرة. أرجوا منكم الاهتمام بهذا التطبيق وتطويره بحيث يناسب الجميع.
