SelfDrive - Car Rental 4+

I seriously made my mind to quit buying a new car because Selfdrive made my life easier by renting out cars of different ranges. I was little reluctant initially so I picked up a basic sedan attrage then after 2 months I got it switched to a compact suv Because Switching cars with no penalty is something I have never heard before. Now I’m one of their loyal customers for more than 2 years. Switched almost 4 of my favorite cars😂 Happily a part of Selfdrive family now and forever. But a ⚠️ warning.. ladies at the customer service is too sweet to handle so beware😉 so go for it cos I have spoken my heart out here ⚠️🤩

Every thing was done smoothly even with out any of my papers they ill collect money for the vehicle like that was their main goal …. After bokking a car only they want our papers rather than verify the customer and make a cash deal … and after the huge amount of deposit and rent … if we called them for an update they ill start our verification process … and after that you ill get a confirmation letter … just before the delivery time … they ill send you a apologies mail .. that the car was not avail and booking got canceled … its weel time .. and there is no car … Self drive clean them self eith some representation with full of sorry and apologies… next question wr is that money ??
It ewill be credicted back in your wcnt in 30 days … lol 😂 now customer is with them …
Customer on middle of road with out car … and they can only say sorry … and selfdrive … appreciate ….gor this kind of customerr care exicutive whom regularly find this kind off solution as companie do nothing

The app is terrible. Poor customer experience, info like phone numbers are not correct and are not tappable. You must call for information on certain cars. I tried calling , no answer, requested a call back no response. Finally 3 days later when somebody did answer the phone the car I wanted was not available. To book the car that was available I couldn’t do it by phone and had to use the app. The app is slow, freezes , requests duplicate information…. Finally I got confirmation BUT within 30 seconds received a phone call stating the car was not available and the only similar car was almost 200 AED more per day. I don’t see how they stay in business.
