It would be great to have a list of the participating stores listed on the app. I live in Abu Dhabi and could not find anywhere on the app information about Abu Dhabi carrefours or any other store being part of the plan or not.
NO POINTS CREDITED
I used SHARE in my last 2 transactions in Carrefour as they encouraged to use SHARE now instead of MyClub card. They never credit any points unlike before when i use my MyClub app. I raised a complaint to SHARE and they told me i have to send the actual receipt to them to make a complaint. I told them i dont know where to find those paper receipts as I have been relying always to the e-receipts in my MyClub app, they will not accept. I have been using digital channels most of the time (used Carrefour app, beam/apple pay for payment) since most transactions right now have been digital, even their Share rewards is only digital without any physical card. Now how come when i make a complaint, they want a physical/paper receipt instead of the e-receipt since all the details are the same as the paper one issued.
I suggest you fix this problem first before making a launch, instead of making it efficient, it becomes a hassle on our part. I would prefer to go back with the MyClub option.
I have registered my email address in the past couple of weeks and I have yet to receive the email to verify my email address. Initially I was told that the system was down when I registered in front of their representative in Carrefour itself. I have since been re-sending emails to validate but nothing is happening. Surprisingly though, I get their other marketing emails for the share app.
I have checked my spam or trash emails but I don’t see anything for email verification there.
