Easy connection

Ease for connectivity, maybe adding more features related to sound control.
Overall, very convenient and friendly to use.

Support is not possible through the app for samsung TVs

The app used to be working efficiently and normally, after recent upgrade some buttons of the remote becomes either not working for me or slow.

Contacting support in app or use “contact us” from app will end up with reply asking you to go to portal and select product support team as you keep reaching contents section despite selecting the right product! since it reaches support team it has to be routed internally instead of redirect customer to open another channel from somewhere else. Bottom of line, Customer should be able to submit support request from the app and get reported app problem resolved!

Finally Today Smarthings deployed another upgrade, i dont see the problem anymore!

Started getting worse sometime back now not usable

I used to like the app, from sometime back it occasionally stopped working, then it would only occasionally work, now doesn't work at all. Cannot connect to my TV, always need my location (I don't know why that could be relevant to accessing my TV) irrelevant to what I do on the app, last time I was able to connect it was taking ages trying to connect to the TV...every time...like I just connected and then my phone got locked...then I unlock and it connects all over again and now it doesn't connect at all so that problem is gone 😂...what bad user experience and it is getting worse...how can it be this bad for an app which is supposed to make people's life easy? Anyway I am back to my good old remote now....next time will look for another brand
