Nice service

Having an issue with app crash when clicking on Verify email link in settings view

Unprofessional - cost me 600 dirhams

They are unprofessional. They sent me the wrong payment link and then replied saying they would refund me after the payment was made, so I had to pay the wrong amount. When I asked for a sick note after making the payment, they said it was too late and that they couldn’t issue one. The problem was with their link, and I even sent them a screenshot. The customer service keeps saying, ‘I understand, but…’ They clearly don’t understand. Now, two days of my work are unpaid because of them, and I’ve had to deal with trouble and questions at work.

Worse experience from Al Ain

It might be good app for others but me being a resident of Al Ain my experience was worse , I will say experience with doctor was seamless but when it comes to prescription and med dispatch it was nightmare , support guy was not aware even how to dispatch prescription to pharmacy in alain , it was all based on Hit and try , one pharmacy which was behind my home was showing in Panel but support guy told me it’s not and came back to me to with advise to go to other corner of city as they only accept the prescription. I ended up buying from my pocket . If they don’t know how to handle Alain they should not serve customers here .
