Feedback about maintenance
UDrive is very good. Especially for short journeys. One feedback I have is that until you get into the car and your time starts, you cannot commment on any maintenance issue inside the vehicle.
For example, I drove one car today, once I got inside, I noticed that the glove compartment hatch was broken and the key was hanging out of the device. And once I finished the journey I had no time to write take photos of that etc. So customers will always fear if that damage will be classified as their fault. Because this internal damage was not detailed up front.
This is something that udrive should think about. Because this service is all about customer experience
Worst service ever
just wanted to share my experience witch is really bad and disappointed
yesterday 14/July I was in DIFC and I wanted to take a car for a couple of rides, the nearest car was in Dubai Mall so I took a taxi and schedule my plans regarding this so I arrived at the location and i didn't find the car so I contacted your call center and I told them that I booked a car which is not at the location so he advised me to go to the mall security and give them the plate numbers to find the car I told him but you have to do that not me but I will do it coz I'm in harry, the mall security said that the car already not here and it's not showing on the cameras so I called the call center again and told him about that he said we will contact the last costumer and get back to in 2 minutes, he left me for 15 minutes again I called them again for the third time and every time i was telling the whole strory from beggining at the end the agent told me that we can't do anything about that!!!
I told him how come you left me for 15 minutes waiting for a reply he said maybe the agent was busy!!! seriously like I'm wasting his time or I want to chat with him not having an issue,
all my schedule missed up, I lost 45 minutes searching for that car which is already not exist
that was my last time using your service and I will never recommend it to anybody
Worst Support Facilities
Had to go to work in a hurry and took a Udrive . Fuel was empty that i went for refueling and the chip was not there inside the car. Had contacted the customer service through phone . After long waiting one guy answered and asked me to fuel it for 50Aed and send the bill to the acounts team through email and i have to pay only the remaining amount for the day. So i fueled the car for 50 Aed and send them the mail but no response. Tried to call them but no answer . The next day i had emailed the bill again but no response as usual and they deducted the full payment for the day . Tried to call customer care and one guy told me that they will check that and call me back but nothing happened . So i rang him again the next day but no reply . After a week when i contacted them they had asked me to email again and they will clear it soon as possible as the accounts team has some issues that time . But nothing happened. Fed up of this . I recommend ekar for much better customer support
