There should be an option to can the reservation, because some time car location is shown wrongly on the app.
Parking permit must be updated/ renewed for 2019, couple of cars used parking permit was expired.
It would be better if google navigation or smart drive is integrated to Udrive app, during ending the trip it be good if there is an option to submit the washing receipt and lastly it would be better while ending the trip if app prompts to take a photo of car from all four sides to avoid confusion or claims after ending trip if any damage made by others after ending the reservation.
Worst Support Facilities
Had to go to work in a hurry and took a Udrive . Fuel was empty that i went for refueling and the chip was not there inside the car. Had contacted the customer service through phone . After long waiting one guy answered and asked me to fuel it for 50Aed and send the bill to the acounts team through email and i have to pay only the remaining amount for the day. So i fueled the car for 50 Aed and send them the mail but no response. Tried to call them but no answer . The next day i had emailed the bill again but no response as usual and they deducted the full payment for the day . Tried to call customer care and one guy told me that they will check that and call me back but nothing happened . So i rang him again the next day but no reply . After a week when i contacted them they had asked me to email again and they will clear it soon as possible as the accounts team has some issues that time . But nothing happened. Fed up of this . I recommend ekar for much better customer support
I can see that the team in the call center is very unhelpful im using this app from a long time but i was over charged i sent a 10 emails and i call every time the replay that we will investigate and get back to you i spook with a super visor called zein he apologized and promised that he will fix that on the spot after 10 days still nothing fixed yet i call again and i spook with call center team they transferred me to shakeel he promise me that he will call back in one hour after investigation which should be done since 2 weeks still not yet after 2 hours and half i called back to check he was out of the office then Christine ask me to send emails to sarah and she mentioned that se is someone from high management i hope i will receive an answer before new-year.
