Such a bad experience… they say everything within minutes and take more than 24 hours..
I had faced a very bad experience transferring money through this app. Botim is far better though it has a small variation in amount it transfer within minutes as they say it.
Here in this app I transferred it 18 hours before and it still says is processing and when i contacted the customer care they said they are not yet ready for the instant transfer they will be working it on soon.. but they advertise saying everything in minutes… should say everything in weeks may be.
So please if its for some emergency never use this app. Such a waste of time.
I expected a good service as it was by lulu exchange but never ever i will use this platform.
