Washmen Laundry & Dry Cleaning 4+

Absolutely LOVE it!

This app is one of the most convenient services I have ever encountered. The app is easy to use, beautifully designed and bug free but what makes it a real winner is their service. It is as easy as leaving your laundry at the door and they will do the rest. They pick it up, clean it (very nicely by the way) and drop it back at your door. On top of that it's not expensive at all, actually very affordable. I have nothing bad to say about this honestly. You just got yourself a loyal customer! Keep up the good work!

Bad customer service

as a service provider its a very good app and the process is very convenient, but their customer service ruined it. After downloading the app they immediately called to explain how things works, initially i only downloaded the app as a curiosity since i was looking for a dry cleaner, so i was not yet into placing my first order, until i was offered a free first order as a trial under the homecare package. Everything went smoothly until they returned my laundry (which was a duvet) and surprisingly have the service amount deducted from my card. when inquiring about it i was told that it was my fault for not placing the huge duvet inside the appropriate colored bag for the homecare service (they told me on the phone that it wont fit in the colored bag and its ok to just hand the duvet without a bag), and that it was my fault the driver did not know that it was for a homecare service and delivered it as some other service which charged LESS then the homecare service. So in the end instead if just saying ok there was a miscommunication and we will just refund the amount, they kept insisting that it was my mistake, when they clearly said that the duvet wont fit in their colored bags. I don't mind paying for the service as it was only 45dhs, but if i was promised a free service then that is what i expect.

Bad quality of ironing, left my clothes smelly!

This was my first time using their service and at first I was impressed with their app. I placed an order for homecare bag and press only items. Their pressing quality is extremely bad comparing to their prices. They charged me 260 dirhams for the pressed items where the clothes still had creases and had to be pressed again! In addition, they picked up the items from my house smelling fresh and they deliver it to me smelling so bad I felt like I needed to wash them again!
As a fact, I’ve dealt with other laundries that charged me 65 for pressing one full bag and I received it perfectly pressed and preserving the smell of my fabric softener (and did not brag about their process as well)!

In general, I don’t mind paying more if the quality of the outcome will be better but I surely got very disappointed about that! I’ve deleted their app immediately and I wouldn’t recommend to someone or use their service again.

If you can reach out to your customer service team through support@getwashmen.com - a refund should be issued for your order. We are not entirely sure what happened with your pressed items. And this is something that we should have been able to respond to if a complaint had been lodged with the team. The issue with smell when it comes to pressed items often arises from the fact that the items were not dry completely when they were placed in the bag we picked up. Since they stay sealed inside the bag for at on average 8 hours before they reach our processing facility, they may have ended up smelling poorly. This is something our team is trained to do, and often we end up hand washing the items in order to remove the smell, at no extra charge.
