The application enables users to access WASL properties and perform transactions in a secure way. Users can search and access property details.

The app features are:

·Users would be able to search properties based on category

·Search list will provide navigation to details of the property, map, email and telephone contact

.User can make an enquiry for a particular property in which he / she is interested

.The new version will have new service enabled with ability to make payment through credit cards, have standind instructions enabled for recurring payment options. Following services are part of this build

Renewal Process : Tenants can renew their contract for a period of 1 year and make the payment through credit card through online payment facility and for the remaining installments Standing instruction can be set up with the bank for making the payment as per the proposed dates. Once the payment is processed successfully contract is processed and send to tenant via courier.

Termination : Tenant can make a request for termination of contract using this service

Recurring Payment : Contract can be scheduled online payments based on number of instalments he has selected during renewal of lease, the bank process the transaction by debiting the tenant credit card and crediting the wasl properties account. Credit card information is stored at the Bank.

Ancillary Unit: Tenant can add a new Ancillary Units Such as parking space, storage room to existing contract based on the Unit Type. The fees for the new ancillary unit can be paid through credit card online.

Cheque Replacement : Tenant can replace any PDC 1 week in advance and make the payment through credit card

Make Payment : Any outstanding amount pending to be paid by tenant can be paid using this service through online payment facility.

One of the worst service app you will ever find in UAE

This definitely happens to be one of the worst service app I have encountered in the UAE. Even though the app has provision to raise service or Maintenance request for property management, the request gets automatically closed within 24 hours if the request is not found to be in favour of Wasl. As the only option we have to contact Wasl is via the app, we are left helpless when our service requests are automatically closed without even contacting us or by resolving it! I have had one of the worst experience with Wasl properties and vow never to own/rent a property with them anymore! Such hopeless was their response towards my concerns and email request! They just don’t care about the customer complaints or request and only cares about closing the complaints or request within 24 hours without resolving it!

Poor user interface and inaccurate date a

I have been living in the this property for 2 years and the 3rd year had insane trouble renewing the contract since Wasl took over. The compulsion of using the app when it’s not completely ready for IOS users and calling the call center and asking to use the browser is unacceptable. I have tried several attempts and fail to get in touch with anyone. Due to this app I have lost a lot of rent and request the developer to consider launching digitization when you are ready to serve the users not a half baked product.

Hoping for positive changes

Keep on asking for BP number, please don’t use abbreviations as many people won’t understand, i wrote many numbers and even googled what BP number means but didn’t find an answer.

I also believe that the access to these services should be mush easier by calling and if want to add the app that’s fine but please give the option of calling along, as some may not have smartphones or don’t know how to use them.
