One improvement that would help a lot in to top up the account is to do open banking integration with local banks. On weekends you need to wait 48 hours to get the money into your account if you choose wire transfers.

This is is one of the worst app ever!!!Had to call 5 times to get solution and after every call they thanked me for noticing the problem- excuse me am I here to notice your problem or to get a service that is offered. Talking non sense request( in my opinion) to change the phone number in the app. You have to send a picture of your passport and a selfie of yourself with the passport and all this via email not knowing where your data it is going to be used. Deleting the app and never using again
