Everybody knows that you have succeeded in mobile banking field. In addition I am very happy that new competition is urging. And I am eager to help you with feedback so I would not have a chance to migrate to other brand. So here are some pain points you can fix for us- when I want to pay my communal I find that I can’t do that from some accounts. So I need to go back and forth to pay- I need to create templates without making real payment- I need directly convert money from saving account to card account- can’t past account number when I want to make transition. I have to swipe the apps and manually input number- possibility to download payment report .pdf without opening online banking- the app signing me out when I want to convert from saving account- some merchants do not want to receive payment from Ineco pay and sometimes it gets hard to do so

First of all, I’ve been using this bank for almost a year now. Sometimes I simply can’t transfer my money from the bank account to my card, I press the button and nothing happens. But the most important issue is that it logged me off a few days ago, and I can’t log in again, because I can’t receive an SMS from InecoBank, it’s not my mobile provider, I talked to them and SMS from other companies find their way to me. So I can’t log in, and I can’t tak to the support team, they just don’t pick up the phone, I’ve been trying to call them everyday since the problem started, it says that the call center works 24/7, but they never pick up the phone.1. Sometimes can’t transfer my money 2. App just lags3. Can’t log in4. The support team doesn’t pick up the phone5. Disgusting and very bad app, the website is even worse, we are in 2023 and it looks like they didn’t update it since 20006. No communication with their clients at all, the form on their website counts only +374 numbers, but if I a mobile number from another country I can’t even fill in the form for them to call me back. Their support email also doesn’t exist, when I try to send an email to them, I get an error “this email address is not correct” I will change my review after at least one of those problems gets fixed.

I use the mobile application everyday and for lots of things. Utility payments, money transfer, following my spendings, etc. After the latest update there is no paste option in the text fields. This is really annoying and doesn’t let me carry on with my activities. That’s why my rating is not 5. Please, fix it ASAP.

Nice app but don’t recommend the bank. Here’s why. Because of the bank’s highly unprofessional staff (the Swift department) I got into a very unpleasant situation due to them being irresponsible. They refused to answer my question regarding a “lost” international transaction. I was calling for a month, and constantly hearing that the transaction didn’t reach the bank when in fact it did. Long story short, as a result of their irresponsible behavior my relationship with my employer was ruined. All because their Swift department employees were too lazy to check the details properly. If you’re receiving international payments, go with a more competent bank.
