My Ameria 4+

I’ve really been waiting for this app to be made and this redesign is amazing, but unfortunately there are many issues to be solved. It’s impossible to do transaction to another bank account. Even when I want to transfer between two Ameria accounts I hardly understand what to type or after typing phone number I see nothing but error message that “Beneficiary not found”. Please make easier to do transfers and if it’s possible add a function to scan numbers of cards.
I know app is new and normally has some improvements to be done but I hope my review will help you to fix them.

I never knew I could get mad at an app but this is the case. An application that deals with money/banking doesn’t have the right to be with so many bugs. You have to try logging into the app several times until it lets you in if you are lucky to get into the app at all. It always throws “technical issues” or other random errors. I always need to make very quick transfers or fund checks but never manage to do it quickly because of these issues. 90% of the time you just see the loader. Dear Ameria make sure your app functions well before releasing it, you are not just a random company or a game you are dealing with money so make sure people want to cooperate and not get annoyed.

Four stars because I’m sure the interface is great, I’ve long been waiting for a new app and I don’t want to be mean but I can’t even sign in. I typed the wrong password first and got my account blocked. I went to a bank office and they said they unblocked it but it didn’t help. The old app works just fine but this one still shows I’m blocked. Please sort it out and I’ll be happy to use the new app!
