They seem to be the best position to help the ride share industry and the consumer. They recruit proven Uber/Lyft drivers looking for better pay and results. Win-win for passenger and driver! Anyone that would bash is just a competitor or robot (IMO)

I tried multiple times to log into the app using my phone number. It shows all the animations around sending of OTP and waiting for resending OTP. But you’ll never receive the OTP. Seems like a fake app.

Developer Response
HOVR isn’t a fake app, and we’ve made OTP delivery improvements in recent releases. Please update to v3.1.5, confirm your country code and SMS reception, then try again. If it still fails, DM your carrier + phone model/OS so we can fix it.
