HORRIBLE customer support
i downloaded the app because it said i could get my first ride for free but when i tried scanning the scooter it was wanting to charge me. when I talked to customer service it took over five hours for an actual human to respond and when they did they told me that I would get charged and they would send me the money back within 14 to 30 days depending on the bank and when I asked how much I would be charged exactly instead of answering my question, the person just said have a great day and when I tried sending it again to get a response. They just said have a great day again and ended the chat.

Worst management & worst drivers
NEVER USE THIS IF YOUR TRAVEL IS TIME SENSITIVE (30-60 min delay every time)
With 60% off, prices are exactly same as uber’s prices. Drivers keep on cancelling the rides because they probably don’t get paid enough? Start booking 30-60 minutes prior to when you actually want to leave.
I was trying to use it to go to the neighbouring city for a game. My team charges $20 to anyone who is late. I booked ahead of time via hopp and rides were getting accepted but cancelled by driver in every couple minutes. This went on for 20 minutes!! I ended up booking uber.
